Do not place several orders for the same link at the same time, wait for the first order to Complete / Cancel or Partial before placing the next one. In this case, we Can't Cancel/Refund. (Or another way: Do not enter the same order twice before the first one gets complete/cancel/Partial, no cancellation will be made and both orders will be marked "Complete"). We can't give you correct followers/likes/Views number in that case. We will not refund for these orders. Please keep attention!
If your order has drop. In that case, please wait for us to refill/cancel/Partial before order a new one. We will not cancel/partial/refill if you don’t wait and place the new order. Please keep attention!
System will look at start count when you place order and mark completed after enough quantity. So, don’t ask us to cancel or anything for any reason. views/Likes/subs/followers come from my real user, my fans, organic, natural, other sellers. Please keep attention!
After sending orders: We can't Edit/Change URL, if it’s not our service system. If you Put Wrong Link OR delete your page, group, account, channel, video, post or change it to private or change username or the account is closed, banned and suspended. Then we can't refund/Refill/Partial in this case. Please keep attention!
If your page has 10K, 100k or 200k Followers/Likes/Views/Subs. Contact us before placing the order. Otherwise, you face any drop problem, then we can't refill/Refund.
After completion of the order if traffic drop below start count then we can't refill, cancel or Partial the order.
If you use a server or service with No Guarantee, No refill, No refund. Then, before or after completion of the order. if you come to use server, non-drop or have guarantee refill. Then we can't refill/Refund/Partial. Please keep attention!
We have non drop services, but that isn't a guarantee for a lifetime. Social Media platforms updates can change this reality and a non drop service can be drop followers, likes, views etc.
We will accept cancel order, if system has some problem and can't continue working. Some orders on "pending". if we have an option to cancel, then we’ll cancel the order if you ask to cancel it. We Can't cancel after placing the order if we haven't canceled option on it.
If you get partial or refund on an order and that order drops traffic, views, likes, subs or followers. In that case, we cannot refill, refund or partial refund once again.
If the order has a problem, please wait for us and the developers to resolve it within 1 hour to 10 days, depending on the nature of the order and problem.
If you use drip feed services, Then, we can’t interevent (I can't refund, refill, cancel)
Please check "Update Status" every day, because we delete some status after few days. so, you will not catch up all updates.
PAKFOLLOWERS.NET does not guarantee a delivery time for any services. We offer our best estimation TIME, when the order will be delivered. This is only an estimation and WWW.PAKFOLLOWERS.NET will not refund orders that are processing if you feel they are taking too long TIME to complete.

What is partial status?
Partial Status is when we partially refund the remains of an order. Sometimes for some reasons we are unable to deliver a full order, so we refund you the remaining undelivered order’s money.
Example: You bought an order with quantity 5000 and charges were 5$($1 for 1000 quantity). let's say we delivered 3000 and the remaining 2000 we couldn't deliver. Then we will "Partial" the order and refund you the remaining 2000 (2$ in this example). This partial refunded amount will automatically adjust to your user balance.
Important: Partial order are never eligible for refill. If an order got partial then, refill guarantee for that service will revoke automatically and we will not able to refill such an order.
If an order got partial, you can order again using another server/service.
What is start count?
Example: Your Instagram page have 1000 followers now. If you order followers service on our website then the order start count will be 1000.
Why my order got cancelled?
Sometimes server gets problems and unable to complete the order, and it cancels the order. If any order gets cancel, system automatically refunds the money for that order in the user account. Check the order spending, its cost will be zero (0). You can check your account balance too. In this case just place the order again.
What does it mean Refill/No Refill?
If any service name has refill, please check the description for how many days it provides refill guarantee. On the other hand, if any service name has "No Refill" mean this service has no guarantee and it can drop at any time. If it drops, we are not responsible for it.
What does it mean Non-Drop & No Refill?
That mean the service have no drop issue right now but this is a no refill service. So, we are unable to refill a single follower / like even if it drops 100% due to server issue or social media update.
Make sure to use refill guaranteed service, if you want to get refill in drop case. Don't reach us for refill after purchase a no refill service.
What is drip feed?
Drip Feed is a service that we are offering so you would be able to put the same order multiple times automatically.
Example: let's say you want to get 1000 likes on your Instagram Post but you want to get 100 likes each 30 minutes. So, here is how to do that?

Quantity: 100
Runs: 10 (as you want to run this order 10 times, if you want to get 2000 likes, you will run it 20 times)
Interval: 30 (because you want to get 100 likes on your post each 30 minutes, if you want each hour, you will put 60 because the time is in minutes)
P.S: Never order more quantity than the maximum which is written on the service name (Quantity x Runs)
Example: if the service's max is 4000, you don’t put Quantity: 500 and Run: 10, because total quantity will be 500x10=5000 which is bigger than the service max (4000).
Also never put the Interval below the actual start time (some services need 60 minutes to start, don’t put Interval less than the service start time or it will cause a failure in your order).
What does it mean R30 / R60 / R99 / R180?
R30 means 30 days refill guarantee, and R60 means 60 days Refill guarantee, similarly it mentioned R15, R90, R365 etc.

Can I get a discount?

Drip Feed doesn't work with neither "Mass Order" nor API.
How to get YouTube comment link?
Find the timestamp that is located next to your username above your comment (for example: "3 days ago") and hover over it then right click and "Copy Link Address".

To be sure that you got the correct link, paste it in your browser's address bar and you will see that the comment is now the first one below the video and it says "Highlighted comment".
What is Instagram mentions? how can you use it?
Instagram Mention is when you mention someone on Instagram (example @abcde this means you have mentioned abcde under this post and abcde will receive a notification to check the post).
Basically the Instagram Mentions [User Followers], you put the link of your post, and the username of the person that you want us to mention HIS FOLLOWERS!
I have placed an order with wrong link, can you cancel it?
This is automatic server so after placement of the order, we can't edit, change or cancel an order. Even if you have inserted wrong link. Sometimes, our server can find out wrong link and cancel it automatically, but this is very rare.
What is the meaning of Quantity must be multiple of 100?
That mean the service minimum order size is 100 and you have to order minimum 100 and if you want to order more than 100, you have to order 200, 500, 700, 1000 etc. [Not 120, 550, 780, 1070 etc]
What is a Child Panel?
